Block Captains will become the building blocks of our neighborhood organization. They will be responsible
for knowing what is best for their individual streets. Block Captains will obtain emergency contact
information for each of his/her neighbors to help in responding to emergency situations. Block Captains can
sign-up for special emergency response training provided by professionals with the City of Palm Springs that
will better prepare our neighborhood for emergencies and disasters. Block Captains will know and keep an
eye out for any unusual activity or events on their street and take action to help solve issues.
